As you enter from Refugee Road you will drive up, in car line, directly in front of the building.  (Busses will split off onto the Bus Loop that runs at the far end of the building.) Please follow the curb and pull up to the end of the building.  It is important to stay in car line.  Please do not pull out to pass another vehicle as children will be out and about.

6:00-8:05 AM  Extended Care – please enter through the lobby doors and go directly to the cafeteria to ‘sign-in’ your child(ren).

8:05-8:25 AM  Car Line Arrival – all students will enter through the lobby doors

• PK-6 will be directed to their classrooms
• 7-12 will go to their lockers- then directly to their homerooms

NOTE: Students entering the building after the 8:30 bell must be escorted to the office by a parent and “signed in”. These students will be marked “tardy”.

3:30 PM -  PK-12 Car Line Dismissal –through the playground exit

•   K-12 Bus Dismissal - through bus door 

As you approach the sidewalk to pick up your child(ren), you will be asked to stop and tell  a staff member who you are here to pick up.  Please be prepared to show your I.D. in car-line and/or to Mrs. Poe at the front window throughout the day when picking up your child(ren).  We appreciate your patience as we follow this procedure for the safety and well-being of all of our students.   This procedure will also make our dismissal time more efficient for all involved.

NOTE: In the rare occasion that a student would need to be dismissed from school before 3:30, parents must sign out their student and await their dismissal at the front entryway. These students will be marked “unexcused early dismissal” (exception: pre-arranged doctor’s appointment).
