We’re very pleased you are interested in enrolling your child in Liberty Christian Academy. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the following pre-requisites:
Preschool – 12th grade

Contact the LCA school office at 740-964-2211 to schedule a tour.

Print and return the completed application, required copy of the birth certificate, immunization record, and documentation of custody (if applicable) along with the application fee to LCA.

Students complete the required entrance testing.

Students must meet the age and maturity standards of Liberty Christian Academy.
In addition to the requirements outlined above, Preschool and Kindergarten students must:

Students entering PK3 must be toilet trained and 3 years old by the first day of school.

Students entering PK4 must be toilet trained and 4 years old by the first day of school.

Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 30th.
