Visual Arts
At LCA, our Visual Arts Program is all about sparking creativity and building a love for artistic expression, starting as early as preschool! We introduce students to the building blocks of art - the elements and principles - while weaving in our school's biblical worldview. Every year, students dive into the rich history of a different country's art, embracing cultural diversity and learning how art connects us to the world.
In Elementary School, students explore studio projects, art history, and art appreciation. It's all about having fun while learning to create and express themselves through different mediums!
As students move into Middle School and High School, things get even more exciting. Our art classes cover a wide range of skills at the mastery level, giving students access to both traditional techniques and cutting-edge, modern methods. From digital photography to graphic design, we encourage students to push boundaries, explore new ideas, and develop their unique artistic voices.
Our talented artists get the chance to showcase their work at the annual Liberty Christian Academy Art Show, where creativity shines for all to see.
